DINNER BUFFETS

All dinner buffets include soup du jour, mixed field greens salad with assorted dressings or caesar salad, chef’s choice of fresh seasonal vegetables, choice of starch, dinner rolls and butter, dessert and freshly brewed coffee, decaffeinated coffee, herbal tea, iced tea or milk.

Starch choices include one of the following: baked potatoes with butter and sour cream, plain or garlic mashed potatoes, roasted red skin potatoes, au gratin potatoes or rice pilaf.

Wild Mushroom Chicken - Marinated, broiled chicken breastserved with champagne and wild mushroom, lemon juice and capers

Rosemary Chicken - Grilled boneless, skinless chicken breastwith rosemary and herbs

Cajun Chicken - Boneless, skinless blackened chicken breast

Chicken Provencal - White wine, tomatoes, garlic, lemonand thyme

Pork Medallions - Sautéed pork medallions seared to perfection... served with a light red wine sauce

Roasted Turkey - Sliced roasted turkey breast served with brown gravy

Uno’s Style Pizza - Your choice of sausage, pepperoni, deluxe vegetarian or cheese

Chicken Piccata - Grilled chicken breast with white wine

Chicken Pot Pie - Chunks of tender chicken baked in a pastry shell with potatoes, onions and carrots

Fried Chicken - Crispy fried chicken

London Broil - Served with peppercorn sauce

Discovery Bay Pot Roast - Simmered with potatoes, carrots,celery and onions

Barbecued Ribs - Baby Back Ribs, smothered in ourhomemade, tangy barbecued sauce

Shrimp Scampi - Sautéed shrimp with butter and garlic, onion, tomatoes white wine, fresh herbs and lemon. Served over a bed of linguini pasta

Mahi-Mahi - Broiled and served with mango salsa
